The source of much of our produce used in our dishes and sold in the Farm Shop. Organic chicken and duck eggs daily from the girls.

Breakfast

Freshly baked croissants; pain au chocolat; pain au raisin and homemade bread. All available each morning, with your order placed the previous evening.

Dinner

Offering a 4-course menu, with a welcome aperitif and amuse bouche. Menus are based on what’s available, ensuring freshness and quality. Looking for something different? Speak to Richard and he will tailor the menu to suit your needs!

Planchas and more...

Made fresh to order, a selection of  planchas of local charcuterie, cheeses, Bois Mort burger or frankfurter. 

All accompanied with bread, french fries, salad and homemade pickles and chutneys.

La Petite Cuisine



Providing Bois Mort visitors with a unique private chef experience. Dining alfresco at the outside kitchen; on Richard’s terrace or in the renovated barn in his home. Using produce sourced from the kitchen garden, local farmers and foraged. Wash it all down with a selection of local wines.

A four course meal, proceeded by a welcome drink and amuse bouche for €32.00  per person.  

Richard is very experienced in catering for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements, including, for example, those following a gluten free diet.
